Before I ever helped a landowner sell a single acre, I wore two very different hats:
High finance – As an Account Executive at HSBC, I learned how big money moves, how deals get structured, and most importantly — how to spot hidden value.
Local government investigator – I dug into facts, followed evidence, and learned what accountability really means.
That background led me to land — I feel lucky to be part of a national network of land specialists, entitlement experts, and home builders.
I didn't start Opulent Acres overnight. I spent years building relationships with top 50 home builders across the U.S. — so that when a landowner comes to me, I can make their land visible to the right buyers.
